I’m an avid photographer. I grew into photography quite by accident. Years ago, I begin to see “photos” in my mind. Where ever I turn, started to see nicely cropped 4×6 images. Of course at that time I didn’t even know what’s a 4×6.

Gradually begin to realise that those are photographs, not mere images captured by my mind. Now’s the interesting part…I delayed buying any form of cameras for months. Til one day was in the subway. I dozed off for that split second (what to say, Singapore’s subway is the best and most comfy) and in that split second I saw myself with my family, kids, wife and all. But without my camera.

AT THAT moment, I awoke with the full realisation that if I don’t do start my photography, I’m going to look back 20 years down the road and regret. Which was exactly what I felt in my dream, regrets.

So 3 days later I got my S2IS from Canon. And 6 months later I got into the DSLR rage.
